An economy which strives to minimise the original extraction of resources and interconnect production areas to optimise productive capabilities.

An economy within which items produced would be designed to be reusable, either in terms of product reuse or materials reuse. For example, metal components should primarily be assembled from obsolete or broken products, rather than from raw materials for example.
